You can easily find Dixy not far from your house. That's why the concept we proposed called: "Your neighbour is back!" and Klara Zakharovna as a freaky, nosy but nice neighbour can give you a lot of information about Dixy.

We brought back the character from the popular tv series "33 square metres" had place on tv in 90's.
